The overall aim of the contract is to provide assistance and support the EC Representation in Poland in delivering its communication activities all over the country. It is aimed at increasing public and media attention on the policy developments and strategic discussions at the European level. This is to be done by organizational, logistical and technical support to all events and actions organized by the EC Representation in Warsaw (Lot 1) and by the Regional EC Representation in Wrocław (Lot 2) such as: press conferences, media briefings, media seminars, conferences, workshops, meetings, round-table discussions, presentations, public events, fairs, award ceremonies, any other public gatherings and communication campaigns. Therefore, the EC Representation is seeking contractors to carry out the advisory, logistical and technical activities related to the organization and smooth implementation of the tasks.
