Tender for Sustainable Furniture and associated Services

The Framework Agreement concern the Contracting Entity’s purchasing of Sustainable Furniture and associated services, with a highlighted focus on sustainable and innovative furniture solutions.

The scope of goods includes the following furniture categories:

1. Common Office Furniture

2. Work Modules and Special Furniture/Features

3. Work From Home Furniture

4. Waste Segregation Furniture

The scope of services includes the following service categories:

1. Design and project service, covering pre-project services, project and design advisory, custom furniture, and market trends & development.

2. Operations and maintenance, covering operational services, maintenance services, and repair services.

3. General services, covering inventory management, customer service, delivery and installation support, and warranty.

4. Work From Home Furniture services

The Tender is divided into three lots: 1) Europe, 2) Asia-Pacific and 3) North America. One Framework Agreement with one supplier will be entered into for each lot.
