Delivery of highly specialized training for detecting and combatting the document and identity fraud and associated services.

The services to be provided by the Contractor are the following:

- TASK 1 Deliver and provide logistics, specialised equipment and relevant learning materials for the Advanced Level Document Officer Course

- TASK 2 Deliver and provide logistics, specialised equipment and relevant learning materials for the European Course for Specialists on Identity and Security Documents

- TASK 3 Support development of the session plans for the European Course for Specialists on Identity and Security Documents

The ALDO course provides the knowledge and the skills to identify genuine documents on the basis of primary and advanced security features and personalisation techniques and to refer suspicious documents to a higher level of expertise. Learners are expected to establish conclusively the status of the document under inspection/examination. The Advanced Level Document Officer course also adds an extra focus on latest technologies and perspectives in authentication of identities, documents and identity fraud.

The CSID course is entirely based on the latest developments of authentication processes in the identity chain, including international dimension with possible international stakeholders. With the basic technological knowledge from level one, the extended knowledge from the second level and practical skills developed on the job, the specialist level three is focused on tactical and strategic decisions.
