- The planned procedure aims at concluding an inter-institutional Framework Contract with re-opening of competition. Shipment/dispatching service will be executed to any location (within and outside the European Union) and on dates indicated by the Contracting Authority in the Order Form. The Contractor will be also responsible for addressing any required custom duties or any other taxes and payments related to the shipment. The foreseen delivery time expected within this Framework Contract will be maximum 45 days from the moment of the signature of the specific Order Form. This prior information notice announces the intention of the contracting authority to publish a future call for tenders. No other information or documents are available at this stage.
